With decades of experience in the harsh North Sea environment and various other overseas locations led to Tyco becoming a market leader in the provision of a complete range of customised H2S support services to the Global oil and gas industry.

Our experience has enabled us to select the equipment that we are satisfied meets the stringent safety requirements which are required of working in a H2S environment.

The dangers of H2S Toxic Gas and the agreed contingency measures are highlighted during safety induction courses for all personnel on board. Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions Service Technicians also carry out training on the safety equipment provided with the cascade package. This will include the donning and doffing of BA equipment and the use of Gas Detection equipment.

Once the safety equipment has been laid out in accordance with the agreed contingency plan, the Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions Technicians take an active part in the operation by carrying out daily Breathing Apparatus checks to ensure the equipment is in an operational condition at all times.

Each area remains a safe working environment for all Personnel On Board (POB). In association with the installations own safety personnel, safety drills are conducted to ensure that the workforce is familiar with their equipment and are aware of the contingency measures to be completed in the event of an emergency on board.
